Who we are
Expand Talent is a recruitment agency. We find native-speaking B2B salespeople for international companies starting out in Denmark and the Nordics. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at hello@expandtalent.eu.
What we collect
If you are a salesperson: your name, email, LinkedIn profile or CV, OTE expectations, notice period and what you are looking for, plus anything you choose to tell us in emails or calls. If you are a company: the name, email and role of the people we talk to. We do not use analytics or tracking. The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice.
Why we use it
To reply to you, and to match salespeople with roles at the companies we work with. Your name and CV never go to a company without your yes to that specific company.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest, to match you to roles. Your consent, to keep you in our network for 12 months. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
How long we keep it
We delete a salesperson's data 6 months after a search closes. If your profile is not used in any search, we delete it 6 months after you first contacted us. If you ask to stay in our network, we keep it for 12 months, only with your explicit consent, and then ask you to renew or we delete it.
Who we share it with
Your name and CV go only to a company you have said yes to. Before that, we may show a company an anonymised profile with no name or employer. We also use the service providers we need to run the business, such as email and web hosting, under data processing agreements. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@expandtalent.eu and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk) or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
Deleting your data
Email hello@expandtalent.eu with the subject “Delete my data”. We delete it and confirm when it is done.
